External & internal
quality audit

Certification of processes – transparency is very important to us. It is AVS’ goal to always provide services at the highest level. To ensure compliance with professional, regulatory and compliance standards, we have commissioned an external company to audit our internal processes since our foundation. As a result of this audit, we have a certificate confirming the regularity of our services.

AVS currently has the following certifications:

We conduct an audit in accordance with IDW Auditing
Standard 951 (revised) Type 2. “Type 2” in this context
means a setup test and a functional test, i.e. additional tests
of the effectiveness of the controls in accordance with
paragraph 16 of PS 951.

Our current certification is comparable to ISAE 3402
(International Standard on Assurance Engagements) and
SAS 70 (Statement on Auditing Standards). The main
control objective here is to ensure an independent,
neutral and error-free valuation of financial instruments
supplemented by the part of information technology.
